Canadian Human Rights Tribunal Vice-Chairperson, Athanasios Hadjis, has rescinded the order for a closed-door hearing in the matter of Warman v. Lemire.
Now, instead of holding the hearing in camera, there will simply be no cameras (paragraph 11 of the ruling).
