The syndicated radio broadcaster Charles Adler has (I hope not facetiously) offered to pony up $133.00CDN towards a fund to expatriate Heather Mallick to whatever shit-hole progressive autocracy she would find more to her liking. (Read "My Letter to Heather Mallick".) That's one dollar for every brave Canadian who has fallen to date in Afghanistan since 2002.
