It won’t be much of a Christmas for coyotes in Pennsylvania. The state announced Friday kids under 12 can begin shooting the four-legged critters as of Dec. 20.According to Edwards, close to "Almost 59,000 of Pennsylvania’s under-12s are enrolled in the Mentored Youth Hunting Program, launched in 2006-07."
That’s on top of the squirrels, groundhogs, spring gobblers and antlered deer the under-12s are already allowed to shoot when accompanied by a "mentor."
